Uintah Basin Christian Academy is a full-time, tuition-bearing private school serving students in Preschool through 8th Grade. Tuition covers enrollment in the student's full academic program and is not charged on a per-course or per-subject basis. The rates listed below apply to full-time enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year and include all required instruction, classroom materials, and academic services.

How Can You Afford a UBCA Education?
At UBCA, we understand that a private school education is a significant financial commitment.
We also understand the inherent value and transformational power of an excellent Christian education. With these things in mind, we strive to educate parents on all their affordability options. Below is the process we recommend for all our parents interested in a UBCA education:
- Enroll by March 30th and get 50% off your Registration Fee.
- Apply for the "Utah Fits All" scholarship - please see the information on our website under our Admissions tab. This scholarship will cover the full cost of a current UBCA tuition!
- Other UBCA Tuition Assistance options - If you are not eligible for the Utah Fits All Scholarship or miss the deadline to apply, please contact our office to discuss other affordability options. These options will not cover the full cost of a current UBCA tuition, but will be based upon your level of need
About the Flex Program Pricing
The pricing in this section applies only to UBCA's Homeschool Flex Program, a dual-enrollment option for homeschool families enrolling in individual classes at UBCA.
The Flex Program is a separate, supplementary offering. It is not part of UBCA's full-time tuition-bearing enrollment shown above. Flex students are not full-time UBCA students.
Utah Fits All Scholarship: Flex Program classes are not eligible for Utah Fits All approved school tuition. Approved school tuition under Utah Fits All applies only to full-time enrollment. Families using a Utah Fits All Scholarship for individual courses should refer to the Utah Fits All marketplace.

Tuition Refund and Reimbursement Policy
Uintah Basin Christian Academy is committed to clear and consistent financial policies for every family we serve. This policy applies to all enrolled students, including students participating in the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Registration fees
- Late registration fees
- Annual book and curriculum fees
Withdrawal Procedure
To withdraw a student from UBCA, families must submit written notification to the school office. Withdrawal is not considered complete until all required school procedures are finalized and any outstanding balances are settled. The official withdrawal date is the date on which written notification is received and confirmed by the school.

Tuition Refund Schedule
UBCA's school year is structured as a ten-month academic calendar. Tuition is owed for each month in which a student is enrolled.
If a student withdraws during the school year:
- Tuition for the month in which the withdrawal occurs is non-refundable.
- Tuition for any remaining months in the school year is refunded in full.
- Families paying monthly are responsible for the tuition of the withdrawal month and are not billed for subsequent months.
- Families who paid tuition annually receive a prorated refund for the unused months of the school year.
Utah Fits All Scholarship Refunds
For students participating in the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program, any eligible tuition refund is remitted directly to Odyssey for deposit back into the student's scholarship account. UBCA does not issue scholarship-funded tuition refunds directly to parents or guardians.
UBCA reports all scholarship student withdrawals to Odyssey within five business days of the official withdrawal date, in accordance with Utah Fits All program requirements.
Equal Treatment of Scholarship Students
Utah Fits All Scholarship students are charged the same tuition and fees as all other UBCA students enrolled in the same program. Scholarship students are subject to the same refund schedule, payment terms, and withdrawal procedures as non-scholarship students.
UBCA does not require any student or family to sign a contract that waives the student's right to transfer to another qualifying education provider during the school year.
