PALS (Parents Actively Lending Support)

At Uintah Basin Christian Academy, we believe that education is most effective when families are actively involved. Our PALS (Parents Actively Lending Support) program encourages parents and family members to serve our school community while helping keep tuition costs as low as possible.

Logging Your PALS Hours

Beginning this school year, PALS hours will no longer be submitted through Google Forms.
All families are responsible for logging their own PALS hours through the Praxi Parent Portal.
  1. Log in to your Praxi Parent Portal using the link at the top of this page.
  2. Navigate to the Volunteer section to record your volunteer hours.
  3. Submit your hours as they are completed throughout the school year.
If you do not know your Praxi login information, please contact the UBCA office at (435) 789-9332. We can provide your Parent ID and a password reset code if needed.
If you need help navigating the Parent Portal, please refer to Praxi School's Parent Portal Help Guide:
Here.

Carrying Hours Forward

Unused hours may roll forward into future quarters, but they cannot be applied to previous quarters.
PALS hours do not roll forward year to year.

  • If you complete 4 hours during Quarter 1 and 10 hours during Quarter 2, the additional Quarter 2 hours cannot be used to make up the missing hour from Quarter 1.

  • Classroom volunteering
